Dinner with Flora & Rauna x Green Tea Blue Sky #2

Thomas Marquardt of Flora & Rauna (https://www.instagram.com/floraundrauna/) & Green Tea Blue Sky Tea team Richard Eigner & Maria Schlechter will join forces to present their austrian interpretation of the japanese Ichijū Sansai 一汁三菜) (One Soup – Threes Dishes) in at least 5 courses all paired with carefully selected tea (including high grade Matcha by either Marukyu Koyamaen or Horii Shichimeien).

We cook with the best seasonal produce we can find, this time we will have world class root veggies by Klaus Brugger, fresh Yuzu from our own tree, Chrysanthemum flowers, preserved shiso seeds & szechuan pepper from our garden, quince from Richard’s auntie and much more. Miso and Shoyus are provided by our friends of Wiener Miso.
