Second highest grade of Horii Shichimeien – a Matcha genuinely made out of hand picked leaves. This is an outstanding Matcha for the use in Koicha. Taste profile with a pronounced sweetness, nutty flavour with a hint of summer peas, lovely umami, no bitterness at all. We love it! It is also a delight prepared as a Usucha!
