Silent Tea Tasting with Maria Schlechter

Green Tea Blue Sky co-founder and ceramicist Maria Schlechter will prepare three rare teas for you in quietness: one aged white tea, one Japanese green tea and one Oolong. Each tea is brewed four to six times and takes you on a fascinating journey of aroma and taste that high quality tea can unfold over several infusions.

Each kind of tea will be prepared and enjoyed in appropriate brewing vessels and tea cups with carefully selected shapes and glazes.

After the silent tasting there will be an explanation and discussion of the several teas!
