Angie Yitsu Chen, who runs the company and has also lead a tea workshop at our tea house before, regularly travels to Taiwan to source the most astonishing and masterful loose leaf tea, via her intricate network.
We are happy to taste together a benchmark grade Light Oxidised Oolong from Mount Alishan, the best Gaba Oolong, we have ever encountered, Deerlands very own Black Oolong – a very special Oolong that is bordering black tea territory and a classic, but super refined, 2017 DongDing with hints of Vanilla.
